Rapport qualité prix intéressant. Cependant 1 seul ascenseur pour accéder à la piscine. Ils ont manqué de serviettes donc on a été chanceux de réussir a avoir des serviettes de piscine pour nos douches à la chambre. Le déjeuner est correct mais c’est inclus ;)

Tout d'abord, dans la salle de bain, il était mentionné que la douche était à multijets. Aucun des jets ni même la douche téléphone ne fonctionnaient pas. Les produits (shampoing, revitalisant, savon corporel) étaient de piètre qualité. Pour la piscine intérieure, aucune serviette n'était disponible. De plus, il est évident que la capacité de la piscine était dépassée. Les ascenseurs sont très lents et celui qui se rendait au 7e étage (niveau piscine) est tombé en panne. Franchement, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

I was going there for a medical appointment through Hope Air and I am disabled and was unable to get the suitable room for the full 3 days so found myself stuck making 2 price bookings very different!!

Ventilation bruyante, évier qui fuit, ascenseur non fonctionnel causant des attentes interminables, stationnement trop bas pour de petits véhicules avec boîte de toit et donc impossible pour nous de recharger notre véhicule électrique (maximum 1.83m!), porte de salle de bain qui ne peut pas être vérouillée. Une dame racontait même avoir attendu l'ascenseur plus de 20 minutes avec son poupon et une poussette avant de devoir se résigner à prendre les escaliers.

The only positive and good thing I can say is that this hotel has a Beautiful room! The service was terrible. We stayed 3 night and 4 days. They never came to clean my room. We used the same towels for two days. No one came to re-fill the coffee … it’s nice to have a coffee machine in the room but with no coffee. I was so upset that I called the front desk to complain. That no one showed up. I called after two hours again at the front desk to have someone come. They refilled the coffee and replace the towels. At this point there was no point in cleaning the room after 8 o’clock at night on my last night . Then the elevators that took forever to come it felt like there was only one working. The last down fall they should start investing on a security guard. On the floor where I was staying. There were kids hanging in a little room near the elevators, screaming running in the aisle knocking on doors. Like really not a nice experience at all…. For such a beautiful hotel

En arrivant dans la chambre, il y avait une forte odeur de friture. On descend à la réception et on demande pour changer de chambre. On entre dans la 2 e ,elle sent si fort le désinfectant que les yeux et la gorge nous pique. On redescend et on demande encore une autre chambre, la chambre est correct mais il n’y pas de débarbouillettes après 30min d’attente nous sommes descendus les chercher. J’oubliais, la climatisation fait un bruit d’enfer, bref le must n’est plus ce qu’il était.

Il y avait beaucoup de jeunes qui couraient dans l’hôtel, le manque d’infos sur le fonctionnement du stationnement, j’étais au 4e j’ai pris l’assesseur au parking, je ne pouvais pas monter plus haut, une femme m’a expliqué que je devais aller au 2e et reprendre l’assesseur un peu plus loins pour remonter au 4e pas pratique quand tu as des bagages. La jeune femme au comptoir n’était pas très souriante quand j’ai fait mon Check out, même s’il était tôt le matin j’avais l’air de la déranger. Si on tout a bien été
